Cihat Aşkın toplumsal konular ve sanat konusunda ülkemizin önde gelen figürlerinden birisidir. Bu manada 6-7 Mayıs tarihinde İzmir Belediyesi tarafından düzenlenen ‘Cumhuriyetin 2. Yüzyılında Kültür ve Sanatın Geleceği Ortak Akıl Buluşması’na panelist olarak katılacak ve 7 Mayıs tarihinde bir bildiri sunacaktır.
